Olympics Special: The Arena Savoy Lecture Catering for London 2012

Jan Matthews, head of catering, cleaning and waste services for the London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games (LOCOG), will be presenting this year’s Arena Savoy Lecture event, taking place on 20 March.

Matthews, who is ultimately responsibility for delivering the complete catering package for the Games, will address her industry colleagues and give the real story of the Olympic hospitality and catering journey so far, the challenges still to be faced, and the legacy that she hopes to leave.

The event will be held at the Savoy Hotel, starting at 6pm with Matthew's formal lecture presentation, and followed by a drinks reception and three-course dinner.

Tickets are priced at £195 plus VAT for Arena members and £245 plus VAT for non members.  Tables of 10 are available at £1800 plus VAT.
