Acting for the brand, leisure property agent Davis Coffer Lyons advised on a surrender and a re-grant of a new lease for the 2,600 sq ft site on Northumberland Avenue owned by Club Quarters Hotel, to Umi Sushi, a privately owned restaurant operator based in Dubai.

Rob Meadows, acting agent at DCL, said: "Northumberland Avenue is now picking up from the buzz of Trafalgar Square with a number of hotel developments along the street in recent years. Umi Sushi's offer will complement this."
