The awards, currently in their fourth year, are described as showcasing "the very best in the Scottish industry" and acknowledge the outstanding creativity, top quality dining and customer service that is on offer throughout Scotland.
From fine dining to good value family meals, the awards celebrate and reward Scotland's best restaurants in their field across 16 categories. Nominations are invited from diners to help these eateries to get the recognition they deserve.
Next year's event, which runs in association with 5pm.co.uk and Business7, invites diners to nominate their favourite restaurant using the information and promotional materials available by contacting sra@5pm.co.uk.

To create great food is one thing but to deliver food that is sublime is indeed a rare happening. The amount of time, care, love and attention put into each dish is simply stunning. All this utilising the finest produce that Scotland can offer and the very latest techniques in cooking. Unbelievable outside of London you might think but it is a reality at Glenapp. Service is also excellent and a good wine list tops the package. The Castle and its restaurant is immaculate what more can be said other than we wished we lived nearer. Best place to eat in Scotland.
