MKB offer bistro-dining at brunch, lunch and during the evening.
The menu has been designed by executive chef Steve White and focuses on creativity and the use of prime ingredients, with many of the dishes designed for sharing.
The bar will offer innovative cocktails incorporating southern European ingredients, from Valencia oranges to lemons from the Amalfi coast, whilst beers and an eclectic wine list will complement the food offering.
Quirky initiatives include a cocktail book inviting guests to share their favourite drinks thereby ensuring a constantly evolving list and visitors will be encouraged to record their top recipes, the best of which may well be selected by the chef and added to the menu.
Radisson Edwardian's Guildford hotel is the town's first four-star hotel offering 183 rooms and suites, two restaurants, a dining terrace, style bar, spa, gym with swimming pool, and conference facilities for up to 400 with seven private meeting and function rooms.
It is situated on Alexandra Terrace and adjacent to G-Live forming a key part of the regeneration of Guildford's upper High Street.
