New restaurant manager at The Landmark London

A new restaurant manager has been appointed at the Winter Garden establishment in the five-star Landmark London hotel in Marylebone.

Richard Spears will be responsible for the overall running of the restaurant and its 50 staff members.

The newly appointed restaurant manager started his hotel career at the Savoy Management Training Scheme. He initially worked in various different areas of the hotel before going to become the duty manager of the hotel and the assistant in the restaurant and lounge.

The Winter Garden has been awarded an 'exceptional' rating for ambience in Harden's London Restaurant Guide 2008 and holds two AA Rosettes. The eatery serves up modern European cuisine.
