New appointment for the Landmark London

New operations manager at Landmark London

A new food & beverage operations manager has been appointed at the five-star Landmark London Hotel in Marylebone.

Desiree Dils, aged 28, will be responsible for over 50 staff and will manage The Landmark's Winter Garden Restaurant, the Mirror Bar and The Gazebo.

The new operations manager formerly worked at The Metropolitan Hotel as an assistant food & beverage manager, and prior to this, was restaurant manager at the Conrad in Chelsea Harbour.

The 299-bedroom hotel will also be the official headquarters for America's National Football League (NFL) when the Miami Dolphins and the New York Giants compete head-to-head at Wembley Stadium on 14 October.
