Mex-cellent starters in the range include the Aztec tomato soup, crab cake and Southwest caesar salad (all under 250 cals), and the mains Cilantro chicken verde, Cajun grilled fish salad, and the lighter, Mexican style burrito (all under 575 cals).
The extensive menu features all the usual favourites but with a whole host of new dishes including the new Taco Tapas Tray.
Highlights include the duck taquito, shredded duck in a soft tortilla; chilaquilies, a chicken and rice dish with a corn tortilla; and the chocolate sizzler, a marbled, double chocolate brownie where butterscotch sauce is poured over and allowed to sizzle in a hot skillet at the table.
Meanwhile vegetarians can tuck into the latest addition of goats cheese and sweet potato salad which includes the signature dressing of pomegranate and hibiscus.
While meaties can enjoy a new look steak in the form of the Chiquito steak platter, where diners can choose their cut, a seasoning and their own special garnish to compliment.
An then there is the reintroduction of the restaurant's Jalapeno Jelly after positive feedback from Facebook fans, and an even hotter Pollo Del Fuego, or 'fiery chicken'.
