New managing director for Leiths

Leiths School of Food and Wine has announced the appointment of Camilla Schneideman as the new managing director – starting from 2 June.

Camilla is taking over the position of Caroline Waldegrave, who has been at Leiths for 37 years and will continue to be a non-executive director of the company.

A trained chef, cookery teacher, professional caterer and food consultant, Camilla also has experiences in working in restaurants with Peter Gordon and The Sugar Club.

The new managing director commented: "This is an exciting time for Leiths School of Food and Wine in its new premises. I am thrilled to be working with such a strong team and to be succeeding Caroline, who has inspired so many Leiths students, including me, over many years."
