The 25-year-old is now leading a 17-strong team at the newly renovated hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds - just five years after taking his first job in the hotel and leisure industry.
Ben started out as a part-time waiter at the Chesford Grange Hotel in Warwickshire while he was studying for a Masters degree in computer science at Coventry University.
After graduating in 2000 he moved from the Chesford Grange to The Legacy Falcon Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon and rose through the ranks to become food and beverage manager during his three years at the hotel.
Over the last 12 months, Ben has been building up his management experience at Legacy Hotels & Resorts venues across the UK, including six months as front of house manager at The Legacy Rose and Crown in Salisbury along with a spell helping manage the restaurant at The Legacy Royal Victoria Hotel in Llanberis, North Wales.
And having impressed the management team at the UK-wide hotel group over the last four years, Ben said he was excited to be in charge at The Frogmill Hotel.
"I'm delighted to have been named manager of such a lovely hotel which is set within stunning surroundings in the Cotswolds and is in such a great location," he said.
"My aim was to become a hotel manager by the time I was 27 and I'm really proud I've managed to do so ahead of time and I'm looking forward to playing a major role in the hotel's future.
"I've built up valuable experience working at Legacy's hotels up and down the country over the last four years, and although this is a very challenging role and there is a lot of hard work ahead, it is a challenge I'm already really enjoying."
Legacy Hotels, which was founded in 2005, operates hotels across the UK and Southern Spain and took over the management of the 30-bedroom Frogmill Hotel in March.
Chief Executive Officer, Andy Townsend added: "Ben has shown remarkable progress during his time with the company and I'm delighted to announce he has agreed to manage our team at The Frogmill.
"The re-opening of the hotel has gone extremely well and Ben will be playing a major role in continuing to re-establish The Frogmill's strong position in the market place."
