New look for Fisherman's Haunt

The Fisherman's Haunt, a Fuller's pub in Winkton, has undergone an extensive refurbishment, offering 11 new boutique bedrooms.

Managers Keith and Ruth Perks are hoping to attract a wide range of guests to use the pub as a base for enjoying the nearby New Forest and the local golf courses and fishing sites.

Keith Perks commented on the new look: "The rooms are absolutely stunning and a great addition to our pub, which is over 300 years old. The New Forest is a tourist paradise with a whole range of attractions and activities and I hope lots of visitors will choose the Fisherman's Haunt as their first choice for overnight accommodation."

The pub, which also hosts a large restaurant area and a beer garden, serves an extensive range of cask ales, food and wine.
