New head mixologist at The Mirror

Marc Pastel has been appointed as head mixologist at The Mirror Bar, which is located within the five-star Landmark London hotel in Marylebone.

Following completing his hotel management degree at the Radisson in Hamburg, Pastel worked at the hotel for a further three months as duty manager before specialising in bar management and embarking on an international career. 

He consequently worked at "Lotus One" Lounge and Restaurant in Dubai, followed by a season on the six-star "Regent Cruises" cruise ship in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.  

Pastel looks forward to maintaining The Mirror Bar's reputation as one of London's chicest classic hotel bars, while ensuring that the service and quality are of the highest standard.
