New group finance director at Marston's

Marston's PLC has appointed Andrew Andrea, currently the pub group's commercial director, as the new group finance director.

Andrea's appointment follows Paul Inglett's previously announced decision to leave the Board to pursue other opportunities. Inglett stepped down from the Board on 31 March.

Ralph Findlay, chief executive, Marston's PLC commented on the move: "I am delighted to welcome Andrew to the Board of Marston's. His appointment is a good example of our strength in depth across the business.

"Andrew has proved himself across a range of disciplines, not only in finance and I know he will make an important contribution to the long term growth of the Company. "
