The award seeks to actively reward excellence in employees under the age of 30, who work in one of the vital customer facing roles in the hospitality, leisure and tourism industry.
Entering the award is simple; just upload a two minute video of yourself speaking on the following subject: "Why have you chosen the hospitality, leisure or tourism industry as a career and why do you feel you should be considered to receive the Savoy Gastronomes' Olive Barnett Award?"
The Winner and Runners-up will be announced at the newly restored, The Savoy in London on the 23rd May 2011.
