New additions and venue for SFFF08

20th December 2007, 10:25am

The Speciality & Fine Food Fair (SFFF) will be launching two new sections, as well as moving venues from the National Hall to the Grand Hall at Olympia next year.

The two new additions showcasing at the event will be the Speciality Chocolate Fair, which is designed to bring chocolatiers and buyers together; and Speciality Services, which will showcase non-food exhibitors who will be providing services such as packaging and design.

In addition to the new sections, the larger hall at Olympia will enable visitor attractions the Fine Food Forum and Small Business Forum to be made 25% bigger.

The Fine Food Forum will take centre stage, a new central boulevard aisle will be added and stand configuration will be improved.

Jo Murphy, events manager at SFFF07 East Midlands Fine Foods, said: "The move to the Grand Hall and the new floor plan layout are very positive developments. We can rely on the show to attract top quality buyers while always retaining its friendly atmosphere and 2008 will be no different in that respect. We're looking forward to the best show yet."

The fair, organised by Fresh RM, will be kicking off from 7-9 September.
