National Skills Academy for Hospitality extends Disney Institute programme

8th June 2010, 11:14am

In response to last year’s successful Disney Institute programme, the National Skills Academy for Hospitality has announced an enhanced package for 2010.

The centre piece of the initiative is a five-day seminar programme held in London at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel from the 13th to the 17th September. The seminars will be split into three subjects across the five days. This year's topics include Disney's approach to Leadership Excellence, Quality Service and Brand Loyalty & Inspiring Creativity.

The full-day sessions will provide attendees with an unique insight into the business behind the Disney magic – proven strategies and practices that will be easily adaptable to any organisation. The programme begins on the 13th September with a focus on delivering leadership excellence. This day will bring to life Disney's leadership strategies in a way that allows organisations to develop and implement their own action plans. This course is also repeated on the 16th September.

The second seminar takes place on the 14th and 17th September and covers Disney's legendary approach to quality service. This one-day course provides a real insight into how Disney is able to consistently deliver world leading customer service and how their approach can be applied to other businesses in the hospitality sector. The final course on the 15th September covers the key topic of developing brand loyalty. Fundamental for all organisations this insightful seminar will look at how Disney develop and maintain their brand values and how they work internally and externally to ensure continuous brand loyalty.

David McHattie, the Academy's chief executive, said: "We are delighted to offer even more Disney magic for the industry this year. Our objective is to seek out and promote excellence in training. Disney Institute is a world-class trainer used by top companies internationally to build leadership, service and business skills. So, we are extremely excited by this outstanding opportunity for the hospitality sector to experience and learn from one of the world's most respected brands – and now on three fronts."

For more information and course booking details visit www.excellencefound-disney.co.uk. Early booking rates are available up to 18th June 2010 with prices starting at £355 plus Vat for a single course and £990 plus Vat for attendance at all three courses.
