Christie + Co has announced its appointment to handle the sale of The Fish House Hotel & Restaurant, Chilgrove, near Chichester.

The sale comes after the instructions of Chris Stevens and Ian Vickers, partners at FRP Advisory LLP, appointed as Joint Administrators to The Fish House Chilgrove Limited and Joint Receivers of the freehold property on 31 March 2011.

Christie + Co will launch its full marketing campaign early in May 2011, seeking offers on the £3 million freehold.

This Grade II Listed historic building is prominently situated in Chilgrove, West Sussex, and is close to many other popular attractions including Goodwood and Chichester. The Fish House Hotel & Restaurant enjoys an enviable reputation as a destination business and is recognised both locally and nationally having been awarded many industry accolades.
