Mr Tonks acquires Dartmouth restaurant

Mitchell Tonks, co-founder of fishmongers and restaurant group FishWorks, has purchased his own private venture in Dartmouth.

Property agent Christie + Co sold the 58-cover establishment for an undisclosed figure after seeking offers in the region of £225,000 for the leasehold interest.

David Reeves of Christie + Co, said: "Due to its superb location on Dartmouth's historic waterfront, the sale of Pizzazz restaurant attracted many prospective buyers."

Mr Tonks has won many accolades, including 'Restaurateur of the Year' from Tatler magazine in 2006.
