Roux Jr commented on the event: "Hospitality employees will be stretched over the coming months as they work harder and longer hours to ensure their guests enjoy the festive season. Both my father and uncle are Patrons of Hospitality Action and I am thrilled to continue the tradition of supporting the charity's essential work."
Penny Moore, chief executive, Hospitality Action, added: "We are incredibly excited about joining Michel and his team this Christmas. The festive season can be an especially difficult time of year for those we support and the funds raised will help make the season a little more bearable for those in crisis within our industry."
Tickets are priced at £100 each with all proceeds going to Hospitality Action. To secure a place contact Giuliana Vittiglio on 020 3004 5504 or at gvittiglio@hospitalityaction.org.uk
