On the back of successful openings in Bankside, Islington, Canary Wharf and most recently Oxford Circus, the latest Tortilla is located in the heart of The City.
The restaurant boasts 110 covers across 3,380 square foot, with a further 20 covers outside, and is due to open mid-September.
The brainchild of entrepreneur and London Business School graduate Brandon Stephens, Tortilla is a brand new breed of Californian-Mexican taqueria style restaurants. Focusing on only the finest ingredients, Tortilla offers fast, fresh and affordable, down-to-earth dining. All dishes are prepared on site daily.
Tortilla's managing director Brandon Stephens said: "We've had a great response since opening our first site in 2007 and the response to Californian-Mexican food in London has been overwhelming. In fact, our Canary Wharf store is probably the busiest burrito joint in the UK, serving 20,000 meals a month. We are confident that Leadenhall will be equally successful."
