The event will look at the benefits of effective email marketing, meaning restaurants can build their brand and boost bookings in the process.
This session will provide practical tips on building and delivering email marketing campaigns, including the dos and don'ts of campaign planning.
After the speakers there will be a one-to-one marketing surgery giving a free assessment of restaurants' e-marketing strategies.
Speakers at the session will be:
Anneliese Hainz, Reservations Director for Gordon Ramsay Holdings
Joanne Fontaine, Client Services Director for Fishbowl UK
Ashley de Safrin, Business Link Adviser Hospitality and Tourism
David Norris, Chief Operating Officer for Livebookings
Olivia FitzGerald, Livebookings UK and Ireland General Manager says: "As the most inexpensive and measurable marketing tool available today, email marketing can build the brand of a restaurant, improve customer loyalty and boost bottom line profits by increasing booking levels. It's also completely track-able, so restaurants can see what works best with their customers."
Livebookings Academy launched last month with the first in a series of free industry marketing sessions for restaurants. Taking place over three consecutive months, the events will follow a step-by-step guide on how to effectively promote a restaurant to the right people, at the right time, and with the right message, using a selection of online marketing tools.
