Marco Pierre White to attend ScotHot 2009

Marco Pierre White will be visiting ScotHot on Wednesday 4th March, it has been announced.

The celebrity chef will be on hand to demonstrate recipes using KNORR Stock Reduction at KNORR's stand, meet visitors and lend some support to the finalists in the culinary competitions.

Two other Scottish chefs will also be present on the KNORR stand during the three-day event.

Willie Pike, executive chef and head of craft training for Costley and Costley Hoteliers and David Hunt, executive chef for Sodexo in Scotland and Ireland, will be running one hour sessions celebrating Scottish cuisine.

Thats great news! Every chef in the area should go to ScotHot to catch Marco Pierre at work.
