Mango Tree restaurant celebrates Game season

The executive chef at The Mango Tree restaurant is pairing each game dish with an infusion of herbs and spices to celebrate the start of the game season.

From 12 August to 19 September, diners can tuck into starters of char-grilled marinated venison with a spicy peanut sauce or; char-siu barbecued rabbit on a bed of Thai parsley, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Whilst mains make their mark with a guinea fowl and pomegranate curry with tamarind and sweet potato; venison and pork sausages with garlic, coriander, chilli and ginger, served with a nam jim sauce and crispy vegetable salad to pheasant, venison and guinea fowl jungle curry with peppercorns, bamboo, kra chai and lime leaf in a spicy stock. 

The menu is priced at £21.50 for two courses.
