Luxury Chocolaterie Casemir recruits new UK sales manager

Handmade chocolate wholesalers and manufacturer to the UK hospitality market Casemir Chocolates has welcomed Ian Mills as new UK sales manager.

The company, who currently supply to 84 of the UK's top 200 hotels listed by the AA, say the appointment will help to further extend the company's wholesale accounts in UK restaurants and hotels.

The appointment comes as Casemir is in the process of increasing its food service provision with a joint venture with UK luxury nut manufacturer Trigon Snacks.

The expansion will comprise the creation, mixing and distribution from the Enfield unit of exclusive Luxury Nuts and Snacks, for use in the Lounge Bars and also in various forms of packaging for the hotel's rooms.

Casemir say Mills has a wealth of experience in this area and will be a very welcome addition to the team.
