For £22.50, fans of the fromage can taste samples of the following:
• Smelliest - Vieux Lille
• Priciest - Brillat Truffe
• Runniest - Epoisse
• Oldest – Parmesan, matured for four years
• Hottest - Naga Chilli Cheese Bombs
• Sweetest - Sticky Toffee Cheddar
Gerrie Knoetze, owner of Vivat Bacchus, said: "This is a real challenge to our customers. Out of all the cheeses we tasted for our extreme cheese board, perhaps the oddest is the Sticky Toffee Cheddar. I thought there was no way it would work but somehow it is actually delicious.
"With so many varieties and pairings out there we wanted to bring together some of the most exciting, interesting and perhaps more intimidating cheeses for the City to try... if they dare.
"Matching wines to all of them was one of the most taxing things my team and I have ever done, but I think we rose to the challenge."
