The Royal Institution of Great Britain (RI) has it opens its doors to the public following a two and a half year make over by architect Sir Terry Farrell.

Three floors of exhibition space carry a brand new restaurant called Time & Space that opens on the 1st September.

Baroness Susan Greenfield, Director of The Royal Institution said: "After more than two years of closure, we are excited to be re-opening our doors this summer to visitors once again. The RI has something for everyone. It is free to visit and the exhibition, public programme and 'Time & Space' café, restaurant and bar offer a stimulating and relaxed environment to see, hear and talk about science. Whether it is a spending spree on Bond Street, a stroll around Green Park or royal reception at Buckingham Palace - the RI is the perfect Mayfair pit stop."
