Executive chef Mehernosh Mody has created a three-course lunch that is packed with essential vitamins, minerals and enzymes that will help eliminate stored toxins.
To start are tandoori-grilled florets marinated with green lime and lemongrass and yoghurt, a combination packed with iron, calcium and vitamins A and C.
The main course offers a choice between omega and zinc-rich tandoori grilled wild salmon steaks rolled in mustard, fennel, chillies and aniseed or Portobello mushrooms marinated with green herbs and grilled in the tandoor.
Both choices are accompanied with organic red rice, naturally high in fibre, Vitamin B, magnesium and potassium, B vitamins-infused thyme roti and tempered yellow lentils with garlic, red chillies and curry leaves, a source of protein, calcium and iron.
The menu is priced at just £19 per head, including a glass of freshly squeezed juice.
