Locale group expands its portfolio

Locale, a neighbourhood Italian restaurant, is expanding its portfolio with the opening of its fourth new restaurant in East Dulwich next month.

The eatery will accommodate 75 diners, together with 40 guests in the cocktail bar and will be serving up authentic Italian cuisine.

Mark Elphicke, Locale's proprietor, commented on the new arrival: "Our head chef Paolo Barone and I believe we have found the perfect location in a fabulously vibrant area."

Locale's sister restaurants can be found in County Hall, Fulham, and Blackheath.

Locale Blackheath was voted the winner of 'Best New Italian Food and Pizza Restaurant 2007' by the Pizza, Pasta & Italian Food Association (PAPA).
