Livebookings teams up with Hotelympia

The Livebookings Network will be teaming up with this year's Hotelympia event to provide the interactive online technology for visitors to reserve their place at the show's competition restaurant, La Parade des Chefs.

With the use of the online table reservations facility, visitors will be able to book their place at the fine dining restaurant well in advance, where competing teams of international chefs will battle it out to produce a selection of mouth watering menus.

Operating in real time, and with the restaurant's Livebookings Console diary, ensures that the booking interface, accessible via the Hotelympia website www.hotelympia.com , provides accurate and up-to-minute availability.

The system will be providing guests with dining deals for ten of London's top restaurants including Tamarai, Skylon and Kenza.

Visitors will also have access to real-time booking facilities for 800 a la carte restaurants registered with the Livebookings Network in and around the capital.

David Norris, chief operating officer for the Livebookings Network, commented: "As more diners move to making restaurant reservations online, I hope to help restaurateurs understand how to take advantage of the surge in internet bookings and learn how to develop simple but effective online marketing tactics."

This year's Hotelympia show will be kicking off from 17-21 February.
