Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley, will be working with Livebookings to maximise its web bookings, as will renowned eateries Hix, and Le Café Anglais.
Marco Pierre White's brand new restaurants The Swan Inn and Grill and Steakhouse Chester - both of which open their doors in early 2010, will also be looking to enhance their bookings and online marketing efforts.
All the restaurants will receive access to Livebookings' vast partner network, including lastminute.com, bookatable.com and 118118.com, and will be given the opportunity to build a customer database for marketing, meaning they can send out targeted offers and keep their dining room full at all times.
Olivia FitzGerald, Livebookings UK and Ireland general manager, said: "The fact that these fantastic restaurants are signing up with us shows that the best UK venues fully understand the advantages of booking tables online. By taking internet bookings, restaurants can build up a database of customers to contact regularly, so all venues from those with Michelin stars to local restaurants can benefit."
Nicola Monks, Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley's business development manager, added: "Livebookings has allowed us to broaden our audience online and offer a more convenient service to our guests. It's added an extra dimension to our reservations service and increased bookings too."
