Kettners decided to work with Livebookings in order to take reservations online and capture their customer's details more efficiently. Having never previously taken online bookings through their website, or had a substantial customer database in place, they felt the need to keep up with how the restaurant industry is changing.
James Murrell, Senior Host at Kettners, said: "Maintaining the reputation we have with our customers is key and giving them the best possible service before their meal and whilst they are with us, ensures they will come back again. By working with Livebookings, we can manage our reservations database more strategically and have access to specific customer dining habits, meaning we cater exactly to their needs. This will be our first concerted effort at using online marketing to target customers and we hope to go from strength to strength with Livebookings' guidance."
Seafood chain, Fishworks, was previously securing a good volume of online diners but is working with Livebookings to track and secure returning customers.
Cath Pochin, HR & Marketing Manager for Fishworks said: "We are looking forward to improving our online marketing with the help of Livebookings. As we now have the ability to market to those who have dined with us previously, we expect to increase our numbers and build on our success to date."
