Livebookings appoints key account manager

12th October 2009, 10:34am

Livebookings, the reservations service for the restaurant industry, has appointed Anneliese Hainz as key account manager.

Hainz joins the London head office team to manage Livebookings' group accounts such as D&D London and Strada, as well as some of the online booking company's key individual clients.

Formerly reservations director at Gordon Ramsay Holdings (GRH), Hainz brings eight years' global experience working at the frontline of restaurant reservations across Ramsay restaurants, to Livebookings.

Commenting on the appointment, David Norris of Livebookings said: "We're delighted to be working with Anneliese – she's an award-winning professional with a wealth of reservations experience under her belt. We believe that she'll bring the spark, strategy and originality of thinking she brought to the Ramsay restaurant empire to her clients at Livebookings. Anneliese is a proven innovator and we see her experience and personality as a perfect fit for Livebookings."

Hainz added: "I'm delighted to be joining Livebookings at such a key time in its development. The business is growing exponentially and it's changing the face of the online restaurant reservations and marketing industry in a huge way. The challenge of working to nurture relationships with some of the biggest names in dining is an exciting one for me – and I can't wait to bring my experience to the table."
