The event will be taking place on 21 April at Smollensky's on the Strand, London at 9.00am to 12.30pm.

Key speakers are John Charleston, research analyst for Restaurant Barometer, Business Link David Norris, chief operating officer, Livebookings Sarah Bovill, business development, key accounts, Livebookings.
