The hotel's pastry team, led by head chef Pâtissier Radoslav Georgiev, spent hours replicating the "Candy Cane House" using 85kgs of house-made gingerbread.
The 1.5m high by 1m wide creation also features life-size models of the Hansel and Gretel fairytale's most recognised characters, who are carved out of butter.
By visiting the Lancaster London's exhibit and making a donation, visitors will help the hotel support Hospitality Action in providing help and guidance to people within hospitality, whatever the difficulty.
