At this year's event, representatives from Greener World will give a brief presentation on their work with recycling including food waste.
PSL (purchasing system for food) will be having a table showing staff their Green Directory which looks at local suppliers for local clients and also discussing how we can reduce costs by working with our suppliers on delivery schedules and packaging.
The "Green Day" will offer a variety of other entertainment including a raffle; bring and buy sale; a Gilchrist & Soames stand, a fun quiz and a British Produce stand.
All proceeds raised at the event will be split between St. Mary's Hospital for a project for terminally ill teenagers and World Vision charities.
