The eatery, situated on the first floor, will be offering a combination of over 30 tapas dishes including a selection of set menus, authentic paellas and an extensive list of Spanish wines and beers.
Transformed into a 'Spanish oasis', the restaurant will feature large barrelled tables, heavy chandelier lighting and exotic Spanish pottery on the walls. There is also a large 68 seater terrace at the front of the establishment, ideal for lunchtime shoppers.
Restaurant manager Silvio Cordeiro Jasinto commented on the new venue: "Tapas is an integral part of the Spanish lifestyle, and are the ideal dishes for sharing with friends and family.
"Our menu also offers an extensive selection of traditional dishes including charcuterie, paellas, seafood dishes and salads. The décor within the restaurant is stunning and completes the Spanish atmosphere and experience!"
