The winning managers of each of the categories received their award from La Tasca's managing director, Andrew Buchanan, along with the winning prize of a three day all-expense paid trip to
Buchanan commented on these achievements: "At La Tasca we aim to offer something quite different from other restaurants in the market. We have adopted the Spanish way of dining – great food for sharing with friends but at affordable prices."
The group is also launching their Spring/Summer menu offering dishes including Mejillones, mussels in a tomato & garlic sauce and Selection de Tapas, a tapas set menu devised by the development chef.
