Keystone won the contract following a competitive tender process and it will distribute food and non-food products to all of Papa John's 140 UK stores.
The win follows Papa John's decision to invest in a new 50,000 square foot Milton Keynes-based Quality Control Centre.
Bryan Jones, managing director of Keystone Distribution UK, said: "Papa John's is a well established and growing global brand with cultural values that are aligned with Keystone.
"Gaining this contract with Papa John's UK is a significant milestone for Keystone and represents a key development in our growth plans. We are delighted to be working with Papa John's."
Jack Swaysland, managing director of Papa John's, added: "We're delighted to have teamed up with Keystone. The expertise that they will bring to our organisation enables us to further improve our supply chain practices, building on the launch of our new QCC Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes."
