Guests can book their place on the course by logging onto www.jeanchristophenovelli.com. The course will take place on Wednesday 30 July and will run from 11.00 till 4.00pm. Lunch and beverages will be included throughout the day. A minimum of 10 students is required.

The new website will be updated regularly with new cookery courses and dates at the Novelli Academy school.
