

The restaurant has kept its high ceilings, chandeliers, spiral staircase and feature glass lift.
Moving the dining will now allow customers to look out on to St James below, a new lighting system has been installed and the whole area given a complete makeover.
Head Chef is Damien Pondevie, formerly of the award-winning City Inn Hotel and Bank Aldwych.
Damien's dishes reflect his belief that food should be simple and delicious. He uses only the freshest and most seasonal of ingredients; all of them fished, farmed and cultivated in the UK.
