The egg is on display at the restaurant located in the Loft at Westfield London Shopping Centre.
The venture is asking its customers to make a £1 donation to win the egg in a raffle. Spaghetti House is also donating £1,000 which, with all monies raised from the raffle, will go directly to the Working with The Kids' Cookery School charity which gives children the skills to make healthy food choices for the future.
The winner will enjoy a chocolate feast likely to last from Easter until Christmas.
Raffle tickets are being sold in all 10 Spaghetti House restaurants around London. Locations include Woodstock Street near Bond St W1, Goodge Street Fitzrovia W1, Bryanston Street near Marble Arch W1, Haymarket SW1, Knightsbridge SW1, Sicilian Avenue Holborn WC1, St Martin's Lane WC2, Duke Street W1 and ,Cranbourn Street near Leicester Square WC2.
