Improved Combi Range from Blue

6th May 2008, 3:08pm

The third major product development announcement in 12 months from Blue Seal sees the brand introduce a new programming capability to its 10 model Combi range.

These fully programmable, robust, high performance and easy clean units have a host of innovative features - and according to Executive Chef Donald Harvey the only limitation to these new ovens is the imagination of the chef.

The line-up features 5 gas and 5 electric options, with 6 counter top models and 4 free standing units ranging from six to forty 1x1 GN capacities. All models feature the class leading Autoclima humidity control system and an automatic reversing fan that ensures excellent air distribution, cooking performance and moisture retention irrespective of the food groups and quantity.

All units are now fully programmable and feature the capability to programme 99 recipes with 9 cooking cycles in an automatic sequence.

The counter top range includes the 6 GN capacity E/G6ACPB, the 10 GN capacity E/G10ACPB and the 20 1/1GN, or 10 2/1GN E/G20ACPB. The free standing models include the 20 1/1GN E/G21ACPB and the E/G40ACPB which offers either 40 1/1GN or 20 2/1GN. All models operate at the following temperature ranges – Convection 30c to 300c, Steam 70c to 130c (low temperature, atmospheric, forced), Combined Steam & Convection 30c to 300c.

All units come complete a shower kit and core temperature probe as standard and options include a reversible door and auto wash system. Donald Harvey is delighted with the new line-up, "Our new range of combi's is a massive step forward and will mean that we are now able to compete in all markets with models to suit every type and kind of location".

These new products and the brands recent launch of the Evolution range of prime cooking equipment has provided further evidence of Blue Seals intention to provide quality products across all product groups and for every market sector. 2007 has been a record sales year for the brand and they hope the introduction of the new combi line up help them continue this success.
