Hoxton restaurant sold after 12 years

Renowned Home Bar and Restaurant in Hoxton has been sold for a premium of £470,000 through property agent Davis Coffer Lyons (DCL)

Acting on behalf of owner Wise Guys Ltd, the property agents sold the 12-year old property to John Ross, owner of Dust in Farringdon and The Pelican in Notting Hill.

The eatery is located on the ground floor and basement of a converted Victorian warehouse on 100-106 Leonard Street.

The new owners have said they will continue to trade the concept.

Paul Tallentyre of DCL, commented: "This is a great deal for all parties concerned and shows that desirable leasehold properties are still achieving good premiums."
