Chris Penn
Penn will swim, bike and run over 225km - all in aid of The Springboard Charity.
Over 1,500 athletes will be taking part in the event. Each participant must swim 3.8km, ride a 180km bike course and finally run a full marathon of 42km.
Penn commented on the challenge: "I am very proud to be raising funds for The Springboard Charity – the only charity that exists to attract talent into the hospitality sector whilst at the same time helping those most in need with the skills and confidence to secure a job in our fantastic industry - their work is truly unique and much needed."
The Springboard charity helps young, unemployed and disadvantaged people into careers in hospitality, leisure and tourism.
