The Bristol Office of business agents, Christie + Co, has been appointed to sell a profitable hotel and restaurant, which is located in one of Britain’s key commercial boom areas and well loved tourist destinations, on the edge of Britain’s only coastal national park.

Lamphey Hall Hotel & Restaurant is situated between the towns of Pembroke and Tenby, at the centre of the village of Lamphey, and is a detached property, with original parts dating back to the 19th Century. The property has spacious and versatile public rooms, with a proposed Orangery extension to the restaurant making it an ideal venue for weddings.

The 105-cover restaurant and bar is arranged within three areas and has a conservatory with al fresco dining available on the large stone trade patio and in the gardens. The hotel has 11 quality en suite letting bedrooms, that have been stylishly refurbished, with new modern bathrooms and shower rooms, and enjoys high occupancy levels throughout the year.

An adjacent detached bungalow is used for the owner's accommodation and comprises an open-plan living room, with French doors leading into a conservatory, a kitchen/dining room, an en suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms, a family bathroom and an enclosed garden with both a double and single garage.

Jonathan Hill, from Christie + Co's Bristol Office, who is handling the sale, commented; "Lamphey Hall Hotel is currently run under management as the owner spends the majority of his time operating another business in East Wales. This well established business is currently graded 3 Star by the AA with a 79% Quality Rating and enjoys an excellent reputation, which produces much repeat trade.

It has also become a destination restaurant for the surrounding area, particularly for Sunday lunches, but the vendor has advised that room revenue could be substantially increased as there is tremendous scope to develop leisure accommodation trade at the weekends."

Lamphey Hall Hotel is offered for sale at a freehold asking price of £795,000, with the owner's bungalow available for £275,000.
