Nearly 18,000 votes were cast in categories including best airline, best airport and best airport lounge.
The Crowne Plaza won Best Airport Hotel and the Sheraton was voted runner up in the same category.
Nick Campbell, general manager at the Crowne Plaza Heathrow said: "I am delighted that the hotel should get such great recognition. The team, as in any hotel, work really hard and will be thrilled to be voted the best airport hotel."
Customers who voted described the hotel as "wonderful", "superb" and "comfortable and convenient".
Andrew Huxstead, general manager at the Sheraton Heathrow said his team are delighted to be recognised, adding: "We aim to give our customers the best service."
Guests at the Sheraton said "breakfast was first class", "very good service" and "excellent value for money".
