The Hakkasan Mayfair, located in the heart of Mayfair on Bruton Street W1, will complement the original Hanway Place restaurant offering modern Cantonese cuisine.
Hakkasan Mayfair is spread across two floors, with a 145-seater restaurant in the basement (including a private dining room) and a 75-seater lounge dining and bar on the ground floor.
The kitchen will be overseen by executive head chef Tong Chee Hwee who, as the culinary talent responsible for Hakkasan's menu since the very beginning, will build on the current signature repertoire featured at Hanway Place with the introduction of a wide variety of new dishes unique to Hakkasan Mayfair.
The first Hakkasan was opened by restaurateur Alan Yau in 2001.
