The national brewer and pub retailer aims to recruit 50 aspiring House Managers to the scheme which nurtures and develops talent for its portfolio of premier destination brands including Loch Fyne, Hungry Horse, Hardy's House and Old English Inns.
The investment in attracting and training the best personnel is a key strand of Greene King's business growth strategy and will see successful candidates running their own venues within the estate by the third year of the programme.
Jerry Robinson, head of human resources, said: "In a challenging jobs market for graduates, we feel we have something dynamic and motivating to offer those who are prepared to take on the challenge of running their own establishment for one of the country's leading pub, hotel and restaurant retailers within just three years."
The Greene King Destination Division graduate recruitment programme lasts three years, during which time trainees have the opportunity to work across the Destination brands in an estate which comprises 350 branded, pubs, restaurants and hotels.
