The seven 2008 Great British Menu finalists will be preparing a six course dinner at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square with all the proceeds going towards industry charity Hospitality Action.

Between them, the seven master chefs boast several Michelin stars, outstanding Good Food Guide reports and numerous accolades and titles.

They are:

Chris Horridge, of Cliveden House, Berkshire
Tom Kitchin, The Kitchin, Edinburgh
Danny Millar, Balloo House, Killinchy, NI
Glynn Purnell, Purnell's, Birmingham
Stephen Terry, The Hardwick, Abergavenny, Wales

Tickets for the evening on 18th May 2009, include champagne, dinner and wine, are £120.

During the evening there will be an auction, where guests will be able to bid for one of the seven chefs to cook a meal in their home. There will also be a raffle.

Tickets are limited, so to make sure of your place, email fundraising@hospitalityaction.org.uk or call 0870 351 0160.
