Pampas Beef Olive and Raisin Empanadas – New for 2008
Depending on where you are in South America, Beef Empanadas have varied fillings. They are a little like a minature pastie but with a wonderful array of different flavours and generously filled.

From my time in Argentina there is one empanada that sticks in my memory and with the help of our team, we have managed to re-create it. It is hand made and has ground beef, onion, olive, and raisins as a filling.

£6.75 for a pack of six.

Two new types of Longaniza sausages for you to try
The longaniza is a long sausage from the north of Argentina and is a little like the French merguez, but milder in taste and a little longer.

Traditionally they are coiled and have a wooden skewer placed through the centre and cooked on the BBQ or under the grill.

We have two different varieties for you, one based on the traditional recipe, Pork Longaniza - sometimes known as 'Colorado' and our Chicken Longaniza which is aromatically spiced with cumin.

Price: £7.50 per/pk respectively.

Free of nuts, wheat, lactose and gluten.
