Opening at the One New Change development in London, the venture will offer an informal approach to dining. Unique features will include a raw bar, a wood-burning oven and dishes served up from the open kitchen.
Design features will include reclaimed furniture, vintage armchairs and leather banquettes alongside "striking" lighting displays, an exposed lift shaft and viewing platforms through the centre of the restaurant.
A wine balcony will also be available which will stretch along the wall above the kitchen holding around 2000 bottles of wine.
In addition, the all-day restaurant will offer an extensive wine and cocktail list alongside a seasonal menu. Dishes will include a cider-braised pork collar and king crab cocktail and ceviche of sea bass with grapefruit, chilli and lime.
Reservation diaries will open in August 2011.
